Product description:

  • The air heaters model 3000 and model 5000 can be put to numerous different uses, for example on conveyor belts and in machines. The hot air they generate is used for activating, shrinking, drying and shaping.
  • The air heaters are switchable in 3 stages and can be equipped with different heat outputs with 230 V or 400 V RC offering up to maximum 650 °C.
  • Models 3000 and 5000 require an external air supply by means of fan, side channel blower or compressor. The required air flow amounts to 500 to 1500 litre/minute, depending on the nozzle.
  • It is possible to concentrate and change the air flow by means of different slip-on nozzles so that individual solutions can be created.
